Nell Mewbourne Preskitt

Savannah- Nell Mewbourne Preskitt, 82 died Friday, February 16, 2007 at Azalealand Nursing Home after an extended illness.
Mrs. Preskitt was born in St. Charles, Kentucky to Henry and Grace McAnally Mewbourne. She lived with family in Graysville, Alabama. She married Ralph David Preskitt, Sr. in 1951. They made their home in Guntersville, Alabama until his death. In 2001 she moved to Savannah.

Surviving are, her daughter, Patricia Davis Myers and husband Thomas; her step-daughter, Peggy Preskitt LeRoy, her step-son, Ralph David Preskitt, Jr. and wife Carolyn, a sister, Agnes McAnally Bailey, a sister-in-law, Deweese Brewer Mewbourne, seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

Burial will be in the Elmwood Cemetery in Birmingham, Alabama.
